Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address (via magic-link sign-in or Google sign-in). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — never your password.

Listing content you choose to process. When you use ListingHub on your Etsy shop, the extension reads the titles, tags, descriptions and photos of your own listings so it can audit them. When you use an AI feature (lifestyle images, AI video, text rewrites), the photo or text you selected is sent to our servers to generate the result. Slideshow videos are rendered locally in your browser — those photos never leave your computer.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only your plan, subscription status and billing history references.

Support messages. If you contact support, we keep your messages and any attachments you send so we can help you.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) to understand how the product is used — page views, feature usage and similar events. We do not track your browsing outside ListingHub.

We don’t collect your Etsy password, we don’t use the Etsy API, and we don’t scrape Etsy. The extension works only inside your own logged-in Etsy tab, only on your own listings, and only when you click. We don’t read your browsing history, other tabs, or any website other than Etsy Shop Manager pages and our own backend.

We use the data above solely to:

• provide the product — audits, media generation, SEO suggestions;
• manage your account, plan and credits;
• send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, support replies);
• fix bugs and improve features;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or creditworthiness purposes.

The extension’s use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The extension stores a short-lived sign-in token and a cache of your plan entitlements on your device. It transmits listing content to our backend only when you trigger a feature that needs it, and never auto-publishes — you always review changes and press Save on Etsy yourself.

AI features (lifestyle images, AI video, text rewrites) are powered by third-party AI models accessed through Vercel’s AI Gateway. The photo or text you submit is processed to generate your result and is not used by us to train AI models. Generated media may be stored temporarily so you can preview and download it.

We share data only with the service providers that run ListingHub, and only to the extent needed:

• Vercel — hosting, storage and AI Gateway
• Prisma Postgres — our database
• Stripe — payments and billing
• Resend — transactional email
• Google — sign-in with Google (only if you use it)
• PostHog — product analytics and feature flags

We may also disclose data if required by law. If Hoigol LLC is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer under the same protections as this policy.

We use cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@hoigol.com — we’ll complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we’re legally required to keep (such as billing records).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable providers. Extension sign-in uses short-lived tokens rather than passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the minimum data and the minimum access needed.

ListingHub is a tool for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and the date above, and for significant changes we’ll notify you by email or in the app.
